Register your OMC into the KSS control network

This Agreement is entered into between KAPSLOCK AUTOMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED (“KSS”) and the undersigned Oil Marketing Company (“OMC”) for the purpose of onboarding, access authorization, station-side operational governance, confidentiality, and use of the KSS Fleet Fuel Management System (FFMS).

The KSS Fleet Fuel Management System operates as a controlled and monitored digital fueling governance platform designed to manage OMC participation in fleet fueling operations, station activation, pump and attendant controls, transaction validation, operational approvals, reconciliation visibility, audit review, and related dispensing activities.

By signing this Agreement, the OMC acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The OMC is requesting official onboarding and access to the KSS Fleet Fuel Management System.
2. Access to the platform shall be restricted only to authorized personnel designated internally by the OMC.
3. All system credentials, administrator access, station controls, operational approvals, and platform access information must remain strictly confidential and protected by the OMC at all times.
4. The OMC accepts full responsibility and liability for all actions, transactions, dispensing activities, approvals, reconciliations, station operations, and system usage performed under its assigned accounts and credentials.
5. KSS maintains audit logs, transaction history, operational monitoring records, activity tracking, and governance controls for compliance, operational verification, fraud prevention, dispute management, reconciliation support, and security purposes.
6. The system may process and maintain operational information including, but not limited to:
   • Station, pump, and attendant information
   • Fueling and dispensing transactions
   • OMC user activity logs
   • Geo-location and station reference information
   • OCR or image verification records
   • Operational approvals, reconciliation records, and audit history
7. The OMC agrees not to misuse, manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, bypass, compromise, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, system workflows, security controls, transaction validation processes, or operational governance procedures.
8. KSS shall not be held liable for losses, disputes, unauthorized transactions, misuse, or damages arising from:
   • Credential sharing
   • Unauthorized internal access
   • Internal negligence
   • Failure by the OMC to secure its accounts
   • Actions performed by attendants, station users, supervisors, or administrators authorized internally by the OMC
9. The OMC agrees to immediately notify KSS in the event of suspected unauthorized access, security compromise, credential exposure, fraudulent activity, suspicious dispensing behavior, or transaction irregularities.
10. KSS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, audit, or terminate access where operational abuse, fraud, security concerns, governance violations, reconciliation concerns, or unlawful activity is identified.
11. All platform software, operational workflows, dashboards, controls, system logic, branding, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of KAPSLOCK AUTOMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED.

By signing below, the OMC confirms that it has read, understood, and accepted the responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, operational governance conditions, station-side accountability requirements, and platform usage terms contained within this Agreement.
