This Agreement is entered into between KAPSLOCK AUTOMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED (“KSS”) and the undersigned Company for the purpose of onboarding, access authorization, operational governance, confidentiality, and use of the KSS Fleet Fuel Management System (FFMS).
The KSS Fleet Fuel Management System operates as a controlled and monitored digital fueling governance platform designed to manage fleet fueling operations, transaction approvals, operational controls, fuel balances, audit visibility, fueling authorization processes, and related operational activities.
By signing this Agreement, the Company acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Company is requesting official onboarding and access to the KSS Fleet Fuel Management System.
- Access to the platform shall be restricted only to authorized personnel designated internally by the Company.
- All system credentials, administrator access, operational approvals, and platform access information must remain strictly confidential and protected by the Company at all times.
- The Company accepts full responsibility and liability for all actions, transactions, approvals, operational activities, fueling authorizations, and system usage performed under its assigned accounts and credentials.
- KSS maintains audit logs, transaction history, operational monitoring records, activity tracking, and governance controls for compliance, operational verification, fraud prevention, dispute management, and security purposes.

The system may process and maintain operational information including, but not limited to:
- Fueling transactions
- Vehicle and driver information
- User activity logs
- Geo-location information
- OCR or image verification records
- Operational approvals and audit history
- The Company agrees not to misuse, manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, bypass, compromise, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, system workflows, security controls, or operational processes.

KSS shall not be held liable for losses, disputes, unauthorized transactions, misuse, or damages arising from:
- Credential sharing
- Unauthorized internal access
- Internal negligence
- Failure by the Company to secure its accounts
- Actions performed by individuals authorized internally by the Company
- The Company agrees to immediately notify KSS in the event of suspected unauthorized access, security compromise, credential exposure, fraudulent activity, or suspicious operational behavior.
- KSS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, audit, or terminate access where operational abuse, fraud, security concerns, governance violations, or unlawful activity is identified.
- All platform software, operational workflows, dashboards, controls, system logic, branding, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of KAPSLOCK AUTOMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED.
By signing below, the Company confirms that it has read, understood, and accepted the responsibilities, confidentiality obligations, operational governance conditions, and platform usage terms contained within this Agreement.
